Shipping and Order Processing

We aim to ship by next working day for internet orders paid by credit card. Telephone, fax and mail orders take longer to process and will be mailed when possible. For cheque payments, orders are mailed following confirmed clearance.

All orders are mailed using a signed for service, please ensure that there will be someone to accept the parcel at the delivery address, otherwise consider an alternative address, perhaps a work or colleague. Since a signature is required, please do not make delivery requests to 'leave in shed, or porch etc.'

International orders are mailed using the International Signed For Priority service. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world.

All orders are insured upto the point of delivery signature. Please ensure that the parcel is complete and in good condition upon signature.
